Traveling is truly a gift.
If we could only quit our jobs, pack our bags and explore the world for the rest of our lives, we definitely will. For now, the next best thing is to make sure we’re satisfying our wanderlust every now and then.
If there’s the perfect time to travel, we’d say it’s during your 20’s and 30’s. Here are our reasons why.
You’ve got more money
Traveling on a budget has its charms. It teaches us to stretch out our money and overcome the challenges along the way. No doubt, it’s made us into more efficient travelers. But now that we’re older and have a bit more in our pockets, we’d want nothing more than to exchange it for a foreign currency.
Partying is no longer your thing
We’ve all binged on margaritas and cheap tequilas at some point in our lives. However, the aftereffects of partying are something we’re very familiar with and we’re already fed up with it. Traveling is our newfound natural bliss that we’d take a cup of tea overlooking the view of the Alps over a pint in a bar any day.
No pressure to follow the trend
Let’s face it. When we were younger, we believed that following trends and going for what’s hot right now is what makes us cool. However, as years passed by, we learned that there’s more to traveling than following what’s trending. Now, we don’t feel any pressure at all and decide what we truly want to do in a foreign land. After all, traveling is what you make of it.
